Name, employee ID, Net ID, I-9 date, home address, home phone number

Limited job data for any employee at the university:

Job title, department in which the employee worked or works, dates of the actions of Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Terminate, and Retire

which includes Private Data

Personal data the employee doesn't want others to see:

For employees within the viewer's department, the data is visible, but appears in italics as a reminder that it is not to be made public. Outside the viewer's department, only the word "private" is displayed.

Restricted Data

All other data:

Other job actions and other data outside of the viewer's department, including the current position number of an employee outside of the viewer's department
