1. In Bear Access '99, click on the Top button. If you see a folder labeled "Admin Services," you should skip these steps and go to Instructions for Opening PEDL Daily, below.
2. Click on the Bear Access folder.
3. Click on the Updates & Extras folder.
4. Click on the icon for Add Admin Services.
5. A Salsa window (with a drawing of a chili pepper) should appear. Click on the Download button (the default).
6. Another Salsa window appears. Click on the Install button (the default).
7. A text window (black background) appears. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to make it go away.
8. Quit Bear Access, then restart Bear Access.

Instructions for Opening PEDL Daily

1. In Bear Access, click on the Top button.
2. You will see a folder labeled Admin Services. Click on it.
3. You will then see another folder (all alone) labeled Admin Services. Click on it.
4. You will see an icon labeled PEDL. Click (once!) on this to start PEDL.
