Only those individuals who have Reporting Role A or Role B security (or PEDL - only authorization) will have access to PEDL.

If you are experiencing problems using PEDL, there are three places to receive support:
- If you are having difficulty downloading PEDL, contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@cornell.edu or 255-8990.
- If you are having difficulty accessing PEDL, finding information on a person/position, or understanding the data you are seeing, contact the PEDL trainers at PEDL@cornell.edu. Be sure to include pertinent information related to your question so that we can more easily diagnose the problem; this information includes the NetID, name, the Position Number of the position you were looking for, Department Code, and any other helpful details. In order to obtain a prompt reply, send your questions to the PEDL mailbox and not to individual PEDL trainers.
- If the data you are viewing needs to be corrected submit a UPAF to Records Administration, 222 Day Hall with the correct information.
